Fence for your backyard with DuraFence Designs

posted on 21 February 2012

I grew up in Dallas. It is where both my parents come from. So I practically lived there for more than half of my life. But when I entered college, I decided to move out and live in New York. Ever since then, I just go home once in a while to visit my parents. My work was mostly in New York as well. Last Christmas vacation, I stayed at my parent’s house again. It felt different because it was not the way as it used to be. The house is really getting old already. I told my parents that I am volunteering to renovate the house and make it a vacation home for us and a more comfortable home for them. They were really happy. Everything that we needed was already taken care of expect for the fence that my mom wanted for the backyard. Luckily I was able to encounter www.durafencedesigns.net. They offer a variety of fence options like vinyl, wood, chain link and other kinds of fences. My mom was just so excited for the new home!

The difference in terms of performance is caused by targets

posted on 12 February 2012

I am one person who loves adventure this has given me the opportunity to explore new places and get to find out the difference between those who operate in one place and those in another. I have realized that a person who has secured a job in tamworth is very different from another one in a different place. The difference comes in when you compare them in terms of performance and how they get paid. People will definitely perform according to the company they work for. If the company has set low target for themselves, then the employees will only work to an extent of meeting these targets. But if a company sets high targets and works hard to ensure that they are met, then it is obvious that the employees will perform to achieve the same. When you compare two similar companies in your area, you will see where the difference comes in and why one stands out when compared to the other. It all depends on the targets the company has set for itself.

Little Miss Sunshine Has Grown Up Quite Nicely

posted on 5 February 2012

Little Miss Sunshine, that's what we used to call Therese when we were in our elementary years. It's was a very fitting description actually because she has always been perky like an overflowing source of sunshine. I have not seen Therese for well over 10 years since we parted ways after our elementary graduation but when I saw her last week I was pretty surprised to see that she's still the perky girl I used to know shocking huh? I would have thought that the harsh realities of life would dim her perkiness by a notch. We went to this newly opened Italian restaurant downtown and chatted to catch up on each other's life. She told me she has gotten an accounting job in tamworth which has a pretty dependable paycheck and that she's still single. Her boyfriend of 5 years turned out to be Mr. Not So Prince Charming and ended up cheating on her a week before their anniversary. Ouch! I told her I'm single too, works with kids at the local elementary school and working on finishing my master's degree.

Fantastic Gift Buying Hints I'd Like to Share

posted on 31 January 2012

When you have a lot of people to buy for, a good idea is to group them into similar categories. For example - boys 5-8 years, women, girls 12-16 years etc. Even employees! I bought my non-techie employees each a custom usb flash drive since I knew none of them would have one, and yet they'd want one (they just didn't know it yet!). Once you have done this (and especially if you don't have more than two people from the same 'group' in the one family) it is simple to go to the store or website of your choice and buy multiple numbers of the same gift one for each member of the group. Last Christmas, I had three female adult members of my family to buy for. I thought of a gift which would be useful for all of them (in this case bamboo food trays with net covers). I found the required gift at the required price on ebay and ordered three of the same item. As each family member lived in a different state, I sent them off and they were received with appreciation by my sister and two sisters-in-law, without looking like I had not put enough thought into the gift buying process!
